EVALUASI KINERJA STAKEHOLDERS DALAM PEMBINAAN KETERAMPILAN TENAGA KERJA KONSTRUKSI DENGAN METODE PERFORMANCE PRISM

Abstract


Labors skills are an important part of a construction project. Fit between job skills labors with job  skills needed by the service user is
required to expand the job opportunities. The skills improvement of construction labors will affects on the bargaining power and prosperity
of construction labors, and this implies on the improvement of both the labor productivity and the construction quality. Therefore, efforts
are needed to improve the skills of construction labors so that they are able to win the competition with labors from other countries. This
research is needed to evaluate the performance of stakeholders in the coaching skills of Indonesian construction labors. The data in this
study was obtained from the literature review and in-depth interviews with stakeholders involved in the coaching skills of construction
labors. The role evaluation of stakeholders in the coaching skills of construction labors were calculated using the performance prism. Five
important aspects that underlies the performance prism are stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, as well as stakeholders'
strategy, process and capability. Based on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, as well as stakeholders' strategy, process and
capability, all stakeholders have a good strategy and capacity to improve the skills of construction workers. However, the implementation
of this strategy has not been done well with the existence of various constraints such as lack of coordination among stakeholders and lack
of regulation that supports the implementation of the strategy. Therefore, the necessary implementation of the strategy, coordination and
further development are needed to improve the skills of construction workers.
